1️⃣ Start with 75/25 ground beef. It helps keep the Burger juicy while creating a deeper flavor with better browning on the crust.

2️⃣ Smash the beef onto a hot, pre-heated surface. The moment the ground beef hits the griddle you're building flavor! Starting with a cold surface slows everything down and steals the crisp.

3️⃣ Wait to flip until the crust has browned and the edges are crispy to get maximum flavor.
