You can cook Schweid & Sons Burgers on a grill or stovetop!
Lightly season both sides of each Burger with kosher salt (optional).
Keep Burgers refrigerated until ready to cook.
Starting with a hot, clean and oiled surface, cook Burgers over high heat for 8-10 minutes or until desired temperature is reached*. (The USDA recommends cooking Burgers to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F (71.1° C).
To keep Burgers juicy, flip each Burger only once halfway through cooking time and do not press down on Burgers while cooking.

Schweid & Sons Burgers are packed with a safe gas to provide the freshest Burger when you open it up at home. Because of this packaging method, you may see extra air inside the packaging causing the package to slightly swell. The gas may cause an unknown smell when you first open the package, but it will dissipate after a few minutes.
