2 Tbsp Plain Greek style yogurt

Fresh herbs (basil, mint, and/or parsley) Finely chopped

1 Small Cucumber Grated

1 Lemon, juiced
-
salt To taste
-
pepper To taste

2 Tbsp Tikka Masala sauce Homemade or store bought

1 Patty Schweid & Sons The CAB Heritage Blend

1 Burger Bun Toasted

Small Plum tomatoes Thinly sliced

1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

2. Season the Burger patty liberally with salt and pepper. In a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, add 2 Tbsp oil and your Burger patty. Cook until Burger develops a crust on the bottom, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook on second side until desired temperature is reached.

3. While Burger is cooking, warm tikka masala sauce and set aside.

4. Make the Burger by stacking toasted bun with sliced tomatoes and the Burger patty. Add tikka masala sauce and yogurt sauce to your liking and enjoy!
