Instructions
  1. Season your Burger on both sides with jerk seasoning.
  2. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat usually yields medium-rare).
  3. Build your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Mango Salsa, Top Bun.
  4. Enjoy our Burger featured at this year's Bacardi Party!
Recipe Notes

Having trouble getting the mango salsa to stick to the Burger? Simply cook a bit of lime juice, a splash of water, and a small amount of corn starch, mixing until it forms a jelly-like substance. Add this to the salsa and you're good to go!
