  • 1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons The Smokehouse Blend

  • 1 oz Smoked bacon, ground

  • Caramelized onions

  • Sauteed mushrooms

  • Smoked cheddar cheese (sliced)

  • 1. Mix the ground smoked bacon into the ground beef blend.

  • 2. Form patties and press them into a ring cutter to form; grill to desired temperature.

  • 3. Top with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and sliced smoked cheddar cheese.

  • 4. Place on a grilled brioche bun and serve with a side of mac and cheese.

  • 5. Enjoy!
