1 Each Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Burger

2 Strips Applewood Smoked Bacon
-
2 Slices cheddar cheese
-
1 Piece Lettuce
-
1 Slice Tomato
-
1 Garlic Pickle (sliced into medallions)

1 Brioche Bun
-
1. Cook bacon until crispy. Tear lettuce into leaf and slice tomato.

2. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side for medium rare, on high heat).

3. Place slices of cheese on Burger and steam to melt.

4. Assemble Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger with Cheese, Bacon, Pickles, Tomato, Lettuce, Top Bun.

5. Enjoy!
Notes
To steam melt cheese while it’s on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with pot lid for about 30 seconds.
