1 Pack Schweid & Sons "The Prime Burger"

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce (plus more for brushing patties)

1 Tbsp Sriracha
-
4 Cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
-
1 Carrot (cut into matchsticks)

2 Tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro plus more for garnish

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
-
2 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
-
1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Salt to taste

4 Sesame Seed Buns (toasted)

1. Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and sriracha in small bowl. Set aside until ready to use.

2. Toss cabbage, carrot, cilantro, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in large bowl until coated. Season with salt to taste. Set aside for topping patties.

3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill about 5 to 6 minutes per side, brushing with chili sauce occasionally, until reaches desired doneness.

4. Build the Burger: Spread mayonnaise mixture on both sides of buns. Top each bottom bun with glazed grilled patties. Layer with cabbage mixture, cilantro and bun lid.

5. Serve and enjoy.
