  • 1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Burger

  • 1 Hass Avocado

  • 1/4 Red onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1/4 tomato (sliced)

  • 1/8 ounce Cilantro (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)

  • Cojita Cheese

  • salt (to taste)

  • pepper (to taste)

  • Chipotle Mayonaisse (to taste)

  • 1 Ciabatta Roll

  • 1/4 cup Mayo

  • 2 tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce (any Mexican-style hot sauce will do)

  • 1 dash Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1. Fold together Mayo, Cholula Hot Sauce, Lime Juice, and Salt in a mixing bowl until combined. Set aside.

  • 2. Mash Avocado and mix with Lime Juice, Salt & Pepper until combined. Set aside.

  • 3. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side for Medium Rare).

  • 4. Build Your Burger: Bottom Roll, Chipotle Mayo, Burger, Avocado mixture, Red Onion, Tomato, Cojita Cheese, Cilantro, Top Roll.
