Smothered Burgers with Tomato Gravy

2 Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Patties

1 Tbsp Butter

3/4 Tsp All-Purpose Flour

1 14.5-oz can Fire-roasted diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onion

1/4 Cup Low-sodium chicken broth

1 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Large head Green cabbage
-
1 Tbsp Finely chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add flour, and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Stir in tomatoes and broth; cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire.

4. Add patties to tomato mixture; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut cabbage crosswise into ¾-inch-thick slabs.

2. Coat both sides of cabbage with cooking spray; arrange on a large rimmed baking sheet, and sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
