  • 1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Burger

  • 2 slices American Cheese

  • Red onion (sliced)

  • Tomato (sliced)

  • Lettuce (leaf)

  • 2 tbsp H-Street Secret Sauce

  • 1 Brioche Bun

  • 1. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side for medium rare).

  • 2. When Burger is almost cooked, add cheese and allow to melt.

  • 3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, H-Street Secret Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Burger, Top Bun.

  • 4. Enjoy!

Notes

To steam melt cheese while it's on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with pot lid for about 30 seconds.
