- 1 Schweid & Sons Grass Fed Standard Burger
- 1 slice Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 Red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- 1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Whole Wheat Bun
- Lightly toast the inside of the bun. Set aside.
- Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will yield medium rare). Melt Swiss cheese on top of your Burger.
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Whole Grain Mustard, Burger, Red Onion, Alfalfa Sprouts, Ketchup, Top Bun.
- Enjoy!
To steam melt cheese while it's on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with pot lid for about 30 seconds.
