1 Schweid & Sons The Grass Fed Standard Burger

1 slice Swiss Cheese
-
1/4 Red onion (thinly sliced)

1/4 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
-
1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
-
1 tbsp Ketchup
-
1 Whole Wheat Bun
-
1. Lightly toast the inside of the bun. Set aside.

2. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will yield medium rare). Melt Swiss cheese on top of your Burger.

3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Whole Grain Mustard, Burger, Red Onion, Alfalfa Sprouts, Ketchup, Top Bun.
