  • 6 Schweid & Sons Burger Patties

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 6 slices Mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Pesto

  • 1 Tomato (thinly sliced)

  • 8 oz Package Shredded Lettuce

  • 6 Hamburger Buns

  • 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar.

  • 2. Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese, and grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.

  • 3. Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread mixture on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomato and lettuce.
