Smashburger Build Ingredients
- 1 Pack Schweid & Sons 2.5oz Sliders
- 1 Pack Slider Buns
- 1 Slice Your choice of cheese
Smashburger Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Onions, finely minced

Smashburgers
- 1. Preheat a flat-top grill like a blackstone griddle or a cast iron pan.
- 2. Add the 2.5oz Slider patties to the grill, wait for the meat to get warm then smash with the metal spatula. The Smashburger will cook quicker than an average Burger so keep an eye on them and only cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- 3. After you flip, add a slice of your favorite cheese on top (while the Burger is still on the grill) and let it melt. You will only need to flip the Smashburgers once.
- 4. Move the Smashburger to a bun (don’t forget to toast the buns if you like!)
- 5. Last, layer up your one, two, or three patties and dress with whatever extras you like (we’re partial to pickles)

- 1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until well combined.
- 2. Refrigerate the sauce
