All hail the Pimento Cheese Burger! Pimento cheese may be a staple of the South today, but it originated early in the 20th century in New York. Eat it on with bread or crackers, or in this case, slap it on a big juicy Burger and you won’t regret it.

- 1 8oz Schweid & Sons Butcher's Blend Burger
- 1/2 cup Pimento Cheese
- Lettuce
- tomato
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 2 cups Extra Sharp Cheddar
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 8 oz Pimento (diced)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium rare).
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Lettuce, Tomato, Burger, Pimento Cheese, Top Bun.
- Enjoy!
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Refrigerate, covered, until ready for use.
