1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Burger

1/2 cup Pimento Cheese
-
Lettuce
-
Tomato
-
1 Brioche Bun
-
2 cups Extra Sharp Cheddar
-
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
-
8 oz Pimento (diced)
-
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
-
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
-
Salt (to taste)

Black Pepper (to taste)

1. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium rare).

2. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Lettuce, Tomato, Burger, Pimento Cheese, Top Bun.
