  • 1 pack Schweid & Sons The Prime Burger

  • 4 Pretzel Buns

  • 4 tbsp Truffle Mayonnaise

  • 1 Package of Arugula (washed)

  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese

  • 1 package Sliced Mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Pepper (to taste)

  • 1. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the pan and carefully add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Set aside.

  • 2. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. While waiting for the skillet to heat up, season the Schweid & Sons Prime Burger patties with salt and pepper. Carefully place patties on skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

  • 3. Time to assemble the Burger! Pretzel Bun, Truffle Mayonnaise, Arugula, Schweid & Sons Prime Burger, Provolone Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms, and top Pretzel Bun. Enjoy!
