Instructions
  1. Cook your Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium rare).
  2. Steam melt American Cheese on top of Burger.
  3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Cheeseburger, Bacon Jam, Pickled Sunchoke Relish, Sliced Pickles, Top Bun
  4. Enjoy an award-winning Burger!

To steam melt the cheese, splash water onto the pan and then place a pot lid over the Burger for about 30 seconds.
