Ingredients

• 4 strips Thick-cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
• 2 cups Duke's Mayo
• 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
• 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Heat large skillet on medium heat and cook bacon crispy on both sides. Allow to cool on paper towel.
2. 2. Dice cooled bacon into small peppercorn size pieces.
3. 3. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
