  1. Season the hamburger meat with season salt and form balls with the hamburger!
  2. Dig a hole in them, fill with Feta cheese, cover the hole, flatten out into patties
  3. Then grill them on the barbecue
  4. Finish by wrapping them in lettuce and add condiments
