White Barbecue Burgers
White barbecue sauce is a staple across the south and many have been eating it with cuts of meat all their lives. It was created by a man in Alabama by the name of Robert Gibson. It is great for dipping too, but we think putting it on a Burger, aka the White Barbecue Burger, is the best way.
This sauce will give a different flare to your Burger than your everyday barbecue sauce. This sauce is creamy because of its mayonnaise base and will pair great with your slaw on top of the Burger.
