  • 1 pack Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Burger

  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries

  • 1 tbsp White Sugar

  • 2/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 4 cups Arugula

  • 1 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

  • 4 Brioche Buns

  • 1. Rinse and dry Raspberries. Place in a medium bowl and add Sugar. Gently stir. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

  • 2. With a muddler (or a fork), muddle Raspberries until liquified (about 1-2 minutes).

  • 3. In a sealable jar or other container, add Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Honey, Salt, and Raspberries. Shake well. Set aside.

  • 4. Cook Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will usually yield Medium Rare).

  • 5. Build your Burger: Bottom Bun, Arugula, Burger, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Top Bun.
