Classic Chopped Cheese
A classic NYC bodega must-eat, the Chopped Cheese sandwich is chopped beef with your choice of cheese and topped with lettuce and tomatoes. One of the best things about Chopped Cheese sandwiches besides the ooegy gooey cheese is being able to add whatever you want! Want it spicy? Chop in jalapenos, spicy peppers or hot sauce. Want some crunch? Add in some chips! The possibilities are endless.
