Serves

1
  • 1 Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Burger

  • 1/4 cup Cole Slaw

  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce

  • 1 Martin's Potato Roll

  • 1. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will usually yield a medium rare Burger). When your Burger is almost done cooking, place a slice of Cheddar cheese on top and allow to melt. Use the Quick Steam Method for a faster melt.

  • 2. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Cole Slaw, BBQ Sauce, Top Bun.

  • 3. Enjoy!

Notes

Quick Steam Method: Carefully place the slice of cheese onto the Burger. Use a restaurant condiment bottle to squirt water onto the grill around the Burger, then cover immediately with a pot lid or aluminum tray. Keep covered for 15-60 seconds (some cheeses take longer to melt than others). Remove cover to reveal beautifully melted cheese atop your Burger! Remember: Adding water to a hot and or greasy surface can be dangerous. Be sure to take recommended safety precautions before attempting.
