1 Pack Schweid & Sons The Katana Blend Burgers

1 (8-oz) Brie Wheel (sliced)

1/2 Cup Peach Jam
-
4 Brioche Buns (toasted)

8 Slices Bacon (cooked)

1 Cup Baby arugula
-
2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patties and grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until reaches desired doneness.

3. Top patties evenly with brie and cook until melted, about 1 minute.

4. Build the Burger: Spread jam on both sides of the buns. Top each bottom bun with cheesy grilled patties. Layer with bacon, arugula, balsamic glaze and bun lid.

5. Serve and enjoy.
