1. Cook bacon on flat top or skillet until crispy. Once finished set aside and drain fat.

2. Sprinkle our Burger spice blend on both sides of the patty before you put it on the flat top. Cook Burger patty over medium-high heat on skillet or flat top. Flip only once without pressing patty to let out all the flavor. About 3-4 minutes per side.

3. Right before the Burger is finished add the smoked Gouda cheese so it gets melted through.

4. On the bottom bun add charred jalapeno mayo. Top bun gets chipotle BBQ sauce.

5. Place the juicy Burger on bun, topped with the crispy bacon. Finish with bread and butter pickles for a little sweetness.
