1 Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patty

1 Tbsp Pesto Sauce

2 Slices Fresh mozzarella

3 Roasted Red Pepper slices

1 Arugula

1 Hamburger Bun (toasted)

1. Cook your Schweid and Sons Burger to your preferred doneness. For a medium rare Burger, cook 4-5 minutes per side on high heat.

2. Toast bun and set aside.

3. When Burger is almost done cooking, start assembling the Burger. Start from the bottom: bun, pesto, Burger, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and arugula.
