  • 1 Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patty

  • 1 Tbsp Pesto Sauce

  • 2 Slices Fresh mozzarella

  • 3 Roasted Red Pepper slices

  • 1 Arugula

  • 1 Hamburger Bun (toasted)

  • 1. Cook your Schweid and Sons Burger to your preferred doneness. For a medium rare Burger, cook 4-5 minutes per side on high heat.

  • 2. Toast bun and set aside.

  • 3. When Burger is almost done cooking, start assembling the Burger. Start from the bottom: bun, pesto, Burger, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and arugula.
