1 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze

1 tsp Pickled Ginger

1 tsp Sliced Daikon

2 tbsp Shredded Green Cabbage

1 pinch Kosher Salt

1 Sesame Seed Brioche Bun

1. Lightly toast the inside of the bun. Set aside.

2. Lightly season Burger with Kosher Salt.

3. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will yield medium rare).

4. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Sliced Daikon, Burger, Teriyaki Glaze, Pickled Ginger, Top Bun.
