  • 1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons The Katana Blend Burger

  • 1 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze

  • 1 tsp Pickled Ginger

  • 1 tsp Sliced Daikon

  • 2 tbsp Shredded Green Cabbage

  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

  • 1 Sesame Seed Brioche Bun

  • 1. Lightly toast the inside of the bun. Set aside.

  • 2. Lightly season Burger with Kosher Salt.

  • 3. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will yield medium rare).

  • 4. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Sliced Daikon, Burger, Teriyaki Glaze, Pickled Ginger, Top Bun.

  • 5. Enjoy!
