- 3 oz Smoked Gouda Cheese, cut into 4 equal pieces
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 2 cups Organic Baby Spinach

- 2 Organic Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Main Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Press 1 piece of cheese in center of each patty, covering cheese with meat to seal. Sprinkle burgers with salt and pepper.
- Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill onion slices 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Spread mustard on buns; serve burgers on buns with onion and spinach.
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet; toss.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and tender.
