1 Pack Schweid & Sons Butcher's Blend bURGERS

1/4 Cup Marinara sauce

12 Slices Uncured pepperoni
-
4 Hamburger buns (preferably whole wheat)

1/4 Cup Pesto
-
1 1/2 Cups Baby arugula
-
2 Large Eggs
-
3 Tbsp Water
-
2 Zucchini (cut into 3-inch sticks)

3/4 Cup Whole wheat flour
-
3/4 Cup Panko breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

1/2 Tsp Salt
-
1/2 Tsp Pepper

1. Grill beef patties according to package directions, topping with marinara sauce, cheese slices, and pepperoni during the last 30 seconds of cooking.

2. Grill buns 30 seconds or until toasted. Brush cut sides of buns with pesto.

3. Serve burgers on buns with arugula.

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Whisk together eggs and 3 Tbsp water in a shallow bowl. Dredge zucchini in flour, and dip in beaten egg; dredge in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place zucchini on a greased baking sheet, and coat with cooking spray.

3. Bake 25 minutes or until browned and crisp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper while hot.
