Double Bacon Cheeseburgers
We found a way to improve on a classic Burger, make it a double! Our Double Bacon Cheeseburger recipe centers around the Schweid & Sons Butcher's Blend Burgers, topped with garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and of course, bacon.

10 Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend Patties

1 16-oz pkg Bacon
-
2 Tsp Garlic salt

1 1/2 Tsp Pepper

3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 (8-oz) pkg Sliced Cheddar cheese

10 Hamburger Buns (split and toasted)

Zesty Bacon Spread (recipe follows)

10 Leaves green leaf lettuce
-
2 Tomatoes (thinly sliced)
-
1/2 Red onion (thinly sliced)

1 Cup Mayonnaise
-
6 Slices Cooked bacon, crumbled (reserved from Double Bacon Cheeseburgers recipe)

2 Tbsp Prepared horseradish
-
1 Tbsp Ketchup
-
1 Tbsp Whole-grain Dijon mustard

1/2 Tsp Pepper

1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Reserve 6 slices bacon for Zesty Bacon Spread recipe.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle patties with garlic salt and pepper. Drizzle Worcestershire on patties.

3. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute.

4. Spread Zesty Bacon Spread recipe on toasted buns. Serve cheeseburgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and onion.

1. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Chill spread up to 3 days. Serve on burgers.
