Instructions
  1. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on High Heat will usually yield Medium Rare). When Burger is almost finished cooking, add slice of cheese and allow to melt. For a quicker melt, use the Quick Steam method (see below).
  2. On Low Heat, melt half of the Butter in a small pan. Once melted, crack Egg into pan and lightly season with Kosher Salt and Black Pepper. Cover and allow Egg White to crisp. When egg is cooked to order, remove from heat.
  3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Bacon Ailoi, Burger, Quail Egg, Top Bun.
  4. Enjoy!

To steam melt cheese while it's on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with pot lid for about 30 seconds.
