1 16-oz package Bacon (cut in half)

2 Packs Schweid & Sons The Prime Burgers

1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

2 8-oz pkg Colby Jack cheese (sliced)

10 to 12 Bkery pretzel buns (halved)

1.5 cups Barbecue Sauce
-
3 Tbsp Bourbon
-
1 16-oz jar Dill pickles (sliced)

1 Tray Crunchy Onion Rings

1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.

2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

3. Sprinkle patties with seasoning. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with 2 slices cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.

4. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted. Stir together barbecue sauce and bourbon; spread over bun bottoms.

5. Serve patties on buns with pickles and Crunchy Onion Rings.
