Instructions
  1. Slice and caramelize your red onions on a hot pan. Remove from heat when they are soft and golden brown. Mix the caramelized onions with Ken's Balsamic Fig Glaze and set aside.
  2. Begin prepping your Boursin Cream. Mix together Bel Brands Boursin Cheese, Danone Plain Greek Yogurt, Spiceology SPG Seasoning, and cold water until combined.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat to prepare to cook your Sliders. Add sliders, season as necessary, and cook. Make sure to flip the Slider once halfway through, until desired temperature is reached. Be careful as Sliders take less time to cook than a regular size Burger.
  4. Now it's time to toast your slider buns (optional) and begin your Burger build. Lay a bed of baby arugula on the bottom bun and place your cooked Slider on top. Top your beef with the caramelized onions and Ken's Balsamic Fig Glaze mixture. Finally, drizzle some of the Boursin Cream on top and add your top bun.
  5. Eat and enjoy!
