  1. 4.5 oz grass fed ground beef
  2. 1.5 oz porcini mushrooms
  3. Roasted red onion with salt and pepper and olive oil
  4. Roasted red bell pepper with salt and pepper and olive oil
  5. 2.oz Smoked gouda w.Bacon
  6. Egg fried noodles , noodles dipped in egg then in flour mix with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and dredged in egg and fried with butter.
  7. Lettuce, served on a butter toasted potato bun
