2 1/2 Cups Bread Crumbs

2 Yellow Onions (Chopped)

1/4 Cup Oregano

6-8 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

3 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper

2 Cloves Chopped Fresh Garlic

20 Twist Fresh Ground Pepper

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan

3 Tablespoons Salt

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and roll in 1 1/4 ounce balls. Should yield approximately 80-90 meatballs.

2. Cook in sauce at 325 degrees F for 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
