  • 5 Packs Schweid & Sons The Butcher’s Blend Ground Beef Brick

  • 2 1/2 Cups Bread Crumbs

  • 2 Yellow Onions (Chopped)

  • 1/4 Cup Oregano

  • 6-8 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

  • 3 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper

  • 2 Cloves Chopped Fresh Garlic

  • 20 Twist Fresh Ground Pepper

  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan

  • 3 Tablespoons Salt

  • 1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and roll in 1 1/4 ounce balls. Should yield approximately 80-90 meatballs.

  • 2. Cook in sauce at 325 degrees F for 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
