1 Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Burger

2 tbsp Pub Cheese

1/2 Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)

1 Pretzel Bun

1. Sautee Yellow Onion over low heat for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Continue sauteeing until onions become caramelized and appear semi-translucent. Set aside.

2. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for Medium Rare).

3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Caramelized Onions, Pub Cheese, Top Bun. Enjoy!
