- 1 Schweid & Sons Signature Series: The Chuck Brisket Burger
- 2 tbsp Pub Cheese
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Pretzel Bun

Instructions
- Sautee Yellow Onion over low heat for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Continue sauteeing until onions become caramelized and appear semi-translucent. Set aside.
- Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for Medium Rare).
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Caramelized Onions, Pub Cheese, Top Bun. Enjoy!
