  • 1 Pack Schweid & Sons The Butcher's Blend 1lb Brick

  • 1 Pack Velveeta Cheese (Cubed)

  • 1 Each Tomato (Diced)

  • 1 Each Green Chili (Diced)

  • 1 Each Jalapeño (1/2 Sliced, 1/2 Diced)

  • 1 Each Green Onion (Sliced)

  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips

  • 1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once fully browned, drain any excess grease

  • 2. Reduce heat to low. Add cubed Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes, diced green chilies, and 1/2 of your diced jalapeño to the skillet.

  • 3. Stir until cheese is melted and smooth. If you want a creamier queso, add a little milk as it cooks.

  • 4. Serve warm with tortilla chips and top with sliced jalapeños
