1 Pack Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Burgers

4 Slices Pork Roll

1 TBSP Chives
-
4 TBSP Unsalted Butter Softened

1/2 Cup Hollandaise Sauce

4 Eggs

4 English Muffins

1. Cook pork roll in pan on medium-high heat until crisp.

2. Cook Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will usually yield Medium Rare).

3. Slice open English Muffins and butter the inside. Toast English Muffins until golden.

4. Poach eggs.

5. Build your Burger: English Muffin Bottom, Burger, Pork Roll, Poached Egg, Hollandaise Sauce, Chives, English Muffin Top. Enjoy!
