1. Make the Burger sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and dill relish until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
-
2. Build the tacos: Place one Schweid & Sons Signature Blend Slider onto each corn tortilla. Using your hands or a spatula, spread the beef into a thin, even layer all the way to the edges of the tortilla.
-
3. Smash and cook: Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Place each tortilla beef-side down onto the hot griddle and press firmly. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
-
4. Flip and add cheese: Flip each taco so the tortilla is now against the griddle. Top the beef with a slice of American cheese. Cover with a lid or dome for 30–60 seconds, until the cheese is melted.
-
5. Finish the tacos: Remove from the griddle and immediately top with chopped white onion, chopped tomato, shredded iceberg lettuce, Burger sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
-
6. Serve: Serve hot and crispy, straight off the griddle.
