  • 2 Packs Schweid and Sons Burgers

  • 3 tbsp Butter

  • 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 cup Pale Ale

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk

  • 3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce

  • 6 Pretzel Rolls, split

  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • 2 16-oz Package Frozen Onion Rings

  • Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour; cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add ale and milk, whisking until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly.

  • Gradually whisk in cheese and hot sauce until cheese is melted.

  • Meanwhile, shape Schweid and Sons beef into 6 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.

  • Serve patties on rolls with tomatoes, cheese sauce, and onion rings.

  • Bake or fry onion rings according to package directions.
