Waffle Fry Sliders
A unique hors d'oeuvre to serve up at your party or cocktail hour. Our waffle fry slider recipe will be the talk of your event. Place one of our mouth-watering Schweid & Sons sliders between two waffle fries, top with Greek seasoning, ketchup, and yellow mustard. Pair with bread and butter pickles for an additional kick of flavor.

1 20-or 24-oz pkg Frozen waffle fries

12 2.5-oz Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Sliders

2 to 3 tsp Greek seasoning
-
Ketchup
-
Yellow Mustard

Bread and butter pickles

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake waffle fries according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, sprinkle patties with Greek seasoning. Cook, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

3. To assemble sliders, top each waffle fry (as the bun) with a mini burger; add a squirt of ketchup and mustard. Top with pickles. Serve open faced or add waffle fry as top bun.
