2 slices Swiss Cheese

2 slices Bacon

Lettuce (leaf)

Tomato (sliced)

1 Brioche Bun

1. Cook your bacon on high heat until almost crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Cook your Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium rare). Melt cheese on top of Burgers.

3. Remove most bacon fat from skillet, leaving about two tablespoons in. Fry egg in same skillet used to cook bacon. Cook egg to "Over Easy" (or as desired).

4. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Bacon, Fried Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, Top Bun.
