- Cook your bacon on high heat until almost crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cook your Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium rare). Melt cheese on top of Burgers.
- Remove most bacon fat from skillet, leaving about two tablespoons in. Fry egg in same skillet used to cook bacon. Cook egg to "Over Easy" (or as desired).
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Bacon, Fried Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, Top Bun.
