It’s easy to make this restaurant-quality burger from the comfort of your own home!

  • 1 Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Burger

  • 2 slices Horseradish Cheddar

  • 1 tbsp Caramelized onions

  • 1 tsp Horseradish Mayo

  • 1 Brioche Bun

  • 1. Saute your onions (sliced) in a skillet on low heat for at least thirty minutes or until soft. Add the desired amount of stout halfway through the cooking process to allow onions to absorb flavor.

  • 2. Cook your Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for medium-rare). Melt cheese on top of Burgers.

  • 3. Stack Burgers atop the bottom half of brioche bun, then top with onions. Spread horseradish mayo on the bottom of top bun and place on top.

  • 4. Enjoy!

Notes

To steam melt cheese while it's on the Burger, add a few splashes of water to grill around Burger and quickly cover with a pot lid for about 30 seconds.
