Harissa Burger

  • 1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons "The Prime Burger"

  • 1 Bun

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Harissa Paste

  • 1/4 cup Pickled Red Cabbage

  • 2 tbsp Feta Cheese (crumbled)

  • Arugula

  • 1/2 head Red Cabbage (medium), thinly sliced

  • 1 ¼ cup water

  • 1¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)

  • 2 tsp Coriander Seeds

  • 12 Black Peppercorns

  • For Quick Pickled Cabbage 1. Pack sliced cabbage into a jar with a lid

  • 2. Bring all other ingredients to a boil, remove from heat and pour over cabbage.

  • 3. Seal & refrigerate for at least two hours. Pickled Cabbage will stay good in the fridge for up to a week.

  • For Harissa Burger build 1. Grill or pan sear Schweid & Sons Burger to desired doneness.

  • 2. Whisk together mayonnaise and harissa paste.

  • 3. Toast buns and spread with Harissa mayo.

  • 4. Add cooked Burger and top with pickled cabbage, feta and arugula. Enjoy!
