1 5.3oz Schweid & Sons "The Prime Burger"

1 Bun

2 tbsp Mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp Harissa Paste
-
1/4 cup Pickled Red Cabbage
-
2 tbsp Feta Cheese (crumbled)
-
Arugula
-
1/2 head Red Cabbage (medium), thinly sliced
-
1 ¼ cup water
-
1¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
-
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
-
2 tsp Sugar
-
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
-
2 cloves garlic (sliced)
-
2 tsp Coriander Seeds
-
12 Black Peppercorns

For Quick Pickled Cabbage 1. Pack sliced cabbage into a jar with a lid

2. Bring all other ingredients to a boil, remove from heat and pour over cabbage.

3. Seal & refrigerate for at least two hours. Pickled Cabbage will stay good in the fridge for up to a week.

For Harissa Burger build 1. Grill or pan sear Schweid & Sons Burger to desired doneness.

2. Whisk together mayonnaise and harissa paste.

3. Toast buns and spread with Harissa mayo.

4. Add cooked Burger and top with pickled cabbage, feta and arugula. Enjoy!
