- 2 Tbsp Plain Greek style yogurt
- Fresh herbs (basil, mint, and/or parsley) Finely chopped
- 1 Small Cucumber Grated
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper To taste
- 2 Tbsp Tikka Masala sauce Homemade or store bought
- 1 Patty Schweid & Sons Signature Blend
- 1 Burger Bun Toasted
- Small plum or Campari tomatoes Thinly sliced
- 1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- 2. Season the Burger patty liberally with salt and pepper. In a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, add 2 Tbsp oil and your Burger patty. Cook until Burger develops a crust on the bottom, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook on second side until desired temperature is reached.
- 3. While Burger is cooking, warm tikka masala sauce and set aside.
- 4. Make the Burger by stacking toasted bun with sliced tomatoes and the Burger patty. Add tikka masala sauce and yogurt sauce to your liking and enjoy!
