1 pack Schweid & Sons The Prime Burger

4 Pretzel Buns

4 tbsp Truffle Mayonnaise

1 Package of Arugula (washed)

4 slices Provolone Cheese

1 package Sliced Mushrooms

1 tbsp Olive oil
-
Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

1. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the pan and carefully add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Set aside.

2. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. While waiting for the skillet to heat up, season the Schweid & Sons Prime Burger patties with salt and pepper. Carefully place patties on skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

3. Time to assemble the Burger! Pretzel Bun, Truffle Mayonnaise, Arugula, Schweid & Sons Prime Burger, Provolone Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms, and top Pretzel Bun. Enjoy!
