  • 2 Schweid & Sons The Signature Blend Patties

  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  • 1 8-oz pkg Sliced baby portobello mushrooms

  • 1 10.5-oz can Cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream

  • 2 Hamburger Buns (split and toasted)

  • 1 16-oz pkg Frozen onion rings

  • 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly season patties with salt and pepper. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.

  • 2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, and cook until browned and tender. Stir in soup and sour cream; cook until thoroughly heated.

  • 3. Serve patties on buns with mushroom sauce and desired condiments.

  • 1. Prepare onion rings according to package directions.
