  • 1 5.3 oz Schweid & Sons C.A.B. The Butcher's Blend Burger

  • 1 TBSP Mango Salsa

  • 2 TSP Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

  • 1 King's Hawaiian Sweet Roll

  • 1. Season your Burger on both sides with jerk seasoning.

  • 2. Cook your Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat usually yields medium-rare).

  • 3. Build your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Mango Salsa, Top Bun.

  • 4. Enjoy our Burger featured at this year's Bacardi Party!

Notes

Having trouble getting the mango salsa to stick to the Burger? Simply cook a bit of lime juice, a splash of water, and a small amount of corn starch, mixing until it forms a jelly-like substance. Add this to the salsa and you're good to go!
