1 Handful Lettuce shredded from Wilson Farm, Lexington, MA

2 Slices American Cheese Andrew & Everett all natural, artisanal American cheese

4 Chips Homemade Dill Pickles

1/2 Cup White Onion (caramelized with bourbon into jam)

1 1/2 Bun Sesame Seed Bun homemade black & white sesame seed buns of love

1. Grill Burgers on screaming hot plancha using the smash method. Add cheese and bring to melt.

2. Construct Burger by layering onions, lettuce, one Burger patty, and special sauce on bottom bun.

3. Add middle bun.
