  • 2 Burgers Schweid & Sons The Prime Blend Burger salt & pepper seasoned

  • 1 Tbsp Special Sauce a riff on the McDonald's sauce

  • 1 Handful Lettuce shredded from Wilson Farm, Lexington, MA

  • 2 Slices American Cheese Andrew & Everett all natural, artisanal American cheese

  • 4 Chips Homemade Dill Pickles

  • 1/2 Cup White Onion (caramelized with bourbon into jam)

  • 1 1/2 Bun Sesame Seed Bun homemade black & white sesame seed buns of love

  • 1. Grill Burgers on screaming hot plancha using the smash method. Add cheese and bring to melt.

  • 2. Construct Burger by layering onions, lettuce, one Burger patty, and special sauce on bottom bun.

  • 3. Add middle bun.

  • 4. Add remaining Burger patty, onions, lettuce, and special sauce on top of middle bun.

  • 5. Add pickle chips and top with top of bun.

  • 6. Create special presentation & packaging for extreme WOW factor.
