- 1 Pack Schweid & Sons Signature Series: The Chuck Brisket 5.3 oz
- 2 Cups Kimchi
- 1 Scallion
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sriracha Sauce
- 4 Steamed Buns

Instructions
- Rinse scallions and cut into 1/8 inch pieces. Set aside.
- Combine Mayo, Sriracha, and Scallions in a bowl. Set aside.
- Cook Burgers to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat will usually yield Medium Rare).
- Build Your Burger: Bottom Steamed Bun, Spicy Mayo, Burger, Kimchi, Top Steamed Bun.
