  • 2 Schweid & Sons The Prime Burger Patties

  • 1 Head of Black Garlic

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Crispy Fried Onions (or Shallots)

  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese (crumbled)

  • Arugula (handful)

  • 2 Pretzel Buns (toasted)

  • 1. Grill or pan sear Burger to desired doneness.

  • 2. Add blue cheese and quickly melt under the broiler or using a kitchen torch.

  • 3. In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, black garlic cloves and balsamic vinegar. Blend until smooth.

  • 4. Toast buns and spread with black garlic mayo, then top with a handful of arugula, your Burger patty, and fried onions.
