2 Schweid & Sons The Prime Burger Patties

1 Head of Black Garlic

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup Crispy Fried Onions (or Shallots)

1/2 cup Blue Cheese (crumbled)

Arugula (handful)

2 Pretzel Buns (toasted)

1. Grill or pan sear Burger to desired doneness.

2. Add blue cheese and quickly melt under the broiler or using a kitchen torch.

3. In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, black garlic cloves and balsamic vinegar. Blend until smooth.
